Good to b back again!the wedding was fab...everything was great.i danced my boots off,even though i wasnt wearing any,being the bridesmaid;).One piece of advice for anyone having a wedding in Goa-Do NOT hire the 4 seasons band.wonder if they practised, together,if at all!!!
am in a cafe.It sucks but i get a lot of work done in the day that i usually dont.
b'day started out well too though it turned out to b just like every yr as the day went by.Ended up with watching scary movie with almost the family at Rialto's house.Imagine getting bday bumps on a scarily narrow empty Goa road in the middle of nowhere...just surrounded by perfectly placed trees on each side like maybe in a ghost movie.Didnt get too many gifts this year since the wedding was the focal point of everyone's attention.
Lots and lots of footage of the wedding thanks to so many cameramen type relatives in the family.
hmm,just got a call from a very apologetic Vibe.Will call him when i get home.Met him at last at Malhar...felt nice to at last meet up and learn abt him all over again.

Just missed the Mumbai deluge...the same day that we(my famille,minus Shaan and Cooks) left the floods started.On reaching some place abt 50 kms from Mumbai we were faced with a long line of vehicles and were told theres a flood ahead and that theres a Volvo(look for a pic in one of my older posts) drowned in it so the road won't open for another day or 2.Dad in all his enthusiasm had plans to wait it out...the drivers,Bunty & Bosco(yeah,not Babli:))had other plans.
We ended up at Satara and spent the night there...in the morning took the Pune expressway which btw is just beautiful.there were little and huge streams of water like a waterfall pouring from all the hills which turned out to b quite mundane by the time we got home.also got caught in some clouds on the way leading to a foggy pathway.
Right now Cooks & Maru r back in Dubai just settling into their new home where they ll live happily ever after at least till one of the parents-in-law moves into the picture.
